Carnivale of Ze Cats

The 299th COTC is posted at CatSynth. Way to go Luna!

The Blog Carnival submission form has been having some difficulties the past few weeks, so some entries probably got lost. But submissions overall are down as well. I hope it's just due to the holidays. The COTC has been around for a long time, and while I've been a distracted guest host lately, it's always been fun to participate.

Carnival of the Cats is a weekly roundup of cat-related posts on the Internet. It is the oldest cat-blogging carnival on the web, started up in 2004, and has had a major impact on making the cat-blogging community what it is today. It has been featured in Time magazine and dozens of pet-blogging carnivals have popped up thanks to the COTC. You can read more about it's history here and in the FAQs.

It's open for anyone to participate in who has a cat-related post from their blog they'd like to share, and it's super easy to submit a post. Just shoot an email to carnivalofthecats(at)gmail.com with your entry name & post link. You can even host a carnival if you'd like.

Quixote: I has a sad over the small Carnivals. More kitties please!
